Items purchased from third-party sellers (Walmart, Amazon, etc.)
3. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:

Missing components
Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Shipping label (if applicable)
4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
We will provide instructions on where to send the item.
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
Refunds typically appear within 3–7 business days depending on your payment provider.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we cover the return shipping.
If the return is due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Exchanges
