1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is unused

  • The product is in its original packaging

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Used or damaged items may not be eligible for a full refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used cleaning solutions

  • Used brushes or cloths

  • Items not in their original condition

  • Items purchased from third-party sellers (Walmart, Amazon, etc.)


3. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

  • Missing components

Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

You may be asked to provide:

  • Photos or videos of the issue

  • Order number

  • Shipping label (if applicable)


4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  1. We will provide instructions on where to send the item.

  2. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

  3. Refunds typically appear within 3–7 business days depending on your payment provider.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we cover the return shipping.

  • If the return is due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, please follow the return process above.


7. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
You may return an item (if eligible) and place a new order.
